Sky Song — Privacy Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

Sky Song is a piano-lane rhythm/flight game. It does not require an account, shows no advertising, and runs no third-party analytics. This page explains the small amount of data the game does handle and why.

The short version

Who this policy is from

This policy applies to Sky Song — the mobile application for iOS and Android (package com.seda.skysong) — published by Kaz Kalur (“we,” “us”). By using the app you agree to the handling of information described here.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your preferences and progress — stars, cleared stages, best scores, unlock positions, settings, and your per-device audio/video sync tune — in your device’s local storage. This information stays on your device. We do not have a server that collects it, and it is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. It remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.

Hosting

The informational pages on this site (About, Support, and this policy) are served as static files by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub processes standard connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the files to your browser; that handling is governed by GitHub’s own privacy practices. These pages set no cookies and load no third-party trackers, fonts, or scripts. The game itself is distributed through the App Store and Google Play, whose own terms and privacy practices cover the download process.

What we do not do

Children’s privacy

Sky Song is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The game has no accounts, no chat, no ads, and no personal-data collection. The only data handled is on-device game state.

Data retention and deletion

On-device data (settings and progress) remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app — doing either removes it. Because we operate no account system and no server-side store of personal data, there is no account for us to delete.

Security

Because the game holds no accounts and stores game data only on your own device, the personal information at stake is minimal by design.

Your choices and rights

You can remove all on-device data at any time by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights regarding personal data; given how little data the game handles, you can exercise any such rights by contacting us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the game changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
