Privacy Policy
Updated September 6, 2026
Last Attack X is a single-player action game that does not require a game account. Its ordinary gameplay works offline. We are preparing an update with optional rewarded ads provided through Google AdMob. The advertising sections below apply to builds that offer those ads; earlier ad-free builds do not gain advertising simply because this page has changed.
The short version
- We save your progress and settings locally and do not operate a game-account or cloud-save service. Device backups may include this data.
- In rewarded-ad builds, you can choose an ad for a revive or an extra boss reward. Declining preserves the ordinary game outcome and your normal boss pick.
- AdMob processes data needed to serve and measure ads, diagnose problems and prevent fraud. An ad-free game save is separate from this advertising data.
- Optional ads need an internet connection. You can keep playing offline.
Who this policy is from
This policy applies to Last Attack X — the mobile application for
iOS and Android (package com.seda.lastattackx) — published by Kaz Kalur
(“we,” “us”). This page explains how information is handled; privacy permissions and
consent choices, where needed, are presented separately.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your preferences and progress — settings, volume and language choices, unlocked content, permanent stat items, ascension level, run history and the run currently in progress — in local app storage. Rewarded-ad builds also save pending and earned reward state so the game can recover an interrupted offer. We do not upload these game saves to an account server. Your operating system's backup or device-transfer service may copy app data according to your device and account settings.
Optional rewarded advertising
Rewarded-ad builds use Google AdMob and its Google Mobile Ads software. Before an ad, the game shows the action and reward being offered. Watching is optional: you can end a failed run or take your normal boss reward without an ad. Ad availability and the completion requirements are controlled by the ad service. The game grants a reward when that service reports that it was earned.
When advertising is used, Google may process an IP address and an approximate location inferred from it; device, app or advertising identifiers where available; app and ad interactions, including views and taps; and crash or performance information. These data support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, diagnostics and fraud prevention. We do not request precise device location for these features. Google's descriptions cover iOS ad data and Android ad data.
Advertising data is handled by Google and participants in ad delivery under their applicable privacy practices. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy, including its information about retention, international processing and available controls. We do not receive your complete device-level advertising history as a game save.
Ad privacy choices
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads can be requested. In rewarded-ad builds, use Settings → Ad privacy choices to reopen the available privacy form. The form and options depend on your region and the advertising service's requirements. A missing connection or unavailable form does not prevent ordinary gameplay.
The current rewarded-ad implementation does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not rely on access to the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads and privacy-preserving attribution can still work without that identifier; this does not mean the advertising service processes no data. Your device also provides advertising and tracking controls in its system settings. Google explains its iOS privacy options here.
Hosting of these pages
The informational pages on this site (About, Support, and this policy) are served as static files by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub processes standard connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the files to your browser; that handling is governed by GitHub's privacy practices. These pages set no cookies and load no third-party trackers, fonts, or scripts. The game itself is distributed through the App Store and Google Play, whose own terms and privacy practices cover the download process.
Accounts and support
- We do not require or create user accounts.
- The game has no multiplayer chat or public leaderboards.
- We do not ask for contacts, photos or your precise location to play the game.
- There is no separate game analytics or crash-reporting service in this implementation; the advertising SDK's diagnostics are described above.
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as a device model, screenshot or diagnostic report. We use that material to respond and investigate the issue. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unrelated to your request.
Children's privacy
Last Attack X is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can review and address it. Advertising privacy choices and data handling are described above.
Data retention and deletion
Settings → Reset Game clears game progress and run history while keeping volume and language preferences. Clearing app data or removing the app can remove additional local settings; copies in device backups are managed through your operating system. Resetting progress does not delete information already processed by an advertising service or email provider.
We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the request and related issues. You can contact us about deleting that correspondence. Google's retention and deletion controls apply to information it processes through its services. We do not operate game accounts, so there is no game account to delete.
Security
Local game data relies on your device's protections. Google's Mobile Ads SDK encrypts its network data in transit. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be secure in every circumstance.
Your choices and rights
Your available rights concerning personal information depend on where you live. Contact us with questions or requests about information we handle, and use the ad privacy and Google controls above for advertising choices. We will review requests based on the information involved and the applicable requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. We will revise the date at the top and describe material changes before the affected features become available. The store listing and installed build determine which features you have.
