How do I protect the cart?
Reposition your heroes to meet approaching enemies. Heroes attack automatically; you choose when to play skill cards and charged ultimates.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Ordinary gameplay works offline after installation. Online play, rankings and events need a connection. Optional rewarded ads need an internet connection and may not always be available.
Where is my progress saved?
Offline progress and settings are stored on your device. A resumed run starts from its saved road checkpoint. Online progress and rankings are saved to your online account on our server. A guest account lives on your device: link Google, Apple or an email address in Account Center (tap your portrait on the title screen) so you can sign in again on a new device. Do not uninstall or clear app data as a troubleshooting step unless you are prepared to lose local progress and an unlinked guest account.
How do I delete my online account?
Open Account Center and choose Delete account. Guest accounts can be deleted too, without linking anything. You can also email us from the address linked to the account. Deletion removes your online progress, public profile and rankings and cannot be undone. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete an online account. How do optional ad rewards work?
In ad-enabled versions, you can choose an ad for a rescue after defeat or an extra boss reward. Rewards are granted when the ad service confirms completion. Closing early does not grant the reward. If an ad is unavailable, you can take the ordinary game outcome or try again when offered.
Where can I change privacy choices?
Open Settings → Privacy. You can turn off anonymous gameplay statistics, crash reports and personalised ads, and, where your region has them, open Google’s privacy choices. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are there too.
How do I adjust the sound?
Settings includes separate music and sound toggles and volume controls. Also check your device volume and silent-mode settings.
