Phumi + Kali produces the Cosmic primary element. You can also choose the Super Element socket when slotting Cosmic; it becomes the Cosmic Super Element and grants +1 effective card level. Two matching Super Elements of the same tier can be fused to raise the tier, up to 5.

Phumi + Kali creates Cosmic. Choose either socket when placing it on a card.
